Our investment casting foundry covers an area of around 30,000㎡ with 110 employees. Following the standardized production of ISO 9001:2015, we handle a variety of materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel, and non-ferrous alloys — WCB, 304, 316 Stainless steel, CD4MCu, CA6NM, and SS420. Our products serve industries including pump & valve, automobile, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and aerospace.
The sand casting foundry occupies over 80,000㎡, featuring a resin-sand processing line, FBOIII line (SINTO), horizontal automatic molding line, Z148 ring production line, and an OBLF spectrometer for high-quality material verification. Casting processes include green sands, resin sands, and coated sands. Certified to ISO 9001:2008 and PED (TÜV Rheinland).
Hammer forging and die forging processes delivering superior structural integrity. Pattern design uses PRO/E, CAD/CAM, and UG software, achieved by CNC or machining center to guarantee accuracy.
